Personally-Coached Next Phase Planning
Nothing can assure a personalized outcome better than personal, expert coaching. Your coach is a real person, assigned to help make sure that your planning process addresses your particular needs. All coaches are fully qualified in the My Next Phase process and in assisting people with transitions.
Since your coach will get to know you and your situation, you can use your coach as a personal sounding board, as well as a general transition expert. Only personable, friendly professionals are appointed as My Next Phase coaches. If, however, you are for any reason uncomfortable with your assigned coach, you are welcome to change.
While your membership entitles you to 5 sessions of personal coaching, additional sessions or session bundles may also be purchased. You may also get unlimited general assistance via email from our Ask an Expert staff, simply by clicking the “Ask an Expert” button on any of your Member pages.
