Q. Do I have to pay a membership fee?
A. My Next Phase offers many areas and resources free of charge to everyone. In fact, you can sample our services as a trial member for thirty days for free. But in order gain full access to all of My Next Phase, and to develop your own personalized approach to your next phase, you must become a paid member. There are three levels of membership:
On Your Own, Assisted and Coached.

Q. When does my membership expire?
A. Trial memberships last thirty days. Full memberships last one year, and may be renewed. The date on which your membership expires is displayed on your Personal Overview page.

Q. How can I tell if my Membership order went through?
A. You will be sent an email confirming your purchase. You will also be given immediate access to your own Personal Overview page.

Q. How does a TeleClass work?
A. It’s like a conference call. You dial in using the number we provide you, once you register. You will be able to listen as well as participate in the discussion.

A. Nothing can assure a personalized outcome better than personal, expert coaching. Your coach is a real person, assigned to help make sure that your planning process addresses your particular needs. All coaches are fully qualified in the My Next Phase process and in assisting people with transitions.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A.
If with in 30 days of becoming a member you are not satisfied with the My Next Phase process, please send us an email at membership@mynextphase.com and tell us why. We will credit your account at the current On My Own level.
If you have enrolled in a paid Teleclass, Telecourse or in-person seminar, you must cancel 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Pro-rata refunds are not given once a course or class has begun unless the cause is Death or Disability (see Link to terms of service). If we cancel a paid Teleclass, Telecourse or in-person seminar, you will receive a full refund for the services not provided.
Coaching sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being considered used. All coaching session refunds will be authorized at 50% of the single session rate enforce at the time of refund.
